About the beans:
These beans are Produced at an elevation of 1,777 meters above sea level at Finca Loma de en Medio in the Santa Elena region of Honduras. They have a sweet finish with notes of toffee, honey, and cocoa.
The 100% arabica beans are roasted locally in the Algarve for us by Al-Gharb in Albufeira.
